What the BC Game User Agreement Covers
The user agreement is the contract between a player and the company behind the casino. That company is Twocent Technology Limited, entered in the Belize register under number 000041939. Its gambling licence was issued on Anjouan, a Comorian island. Anyone can confirm the licence code, ALSI-202410011-FI1, in the site footer. The brand’s history goes back to 2017.
The main text leans on 4 companion documents:
- a Privacy Policy dealing with personal data
- a Responsible Gaming page describing self-protection tools
- an AML policy aimed at dirty money
- bonus rules setting each offer’s fine print
These texts settle disputes, which is why I’d read them before anything else on the site.
This website is an independent affiliate guide. It takes no wagers, holds no balances and doesn’t represent the brand. What follows describes BC Game’s paperwork rather than ours.
How Users Agree to the Platform Rules
No signature is involved. Acceptance happens the moment registration is completed. Every later visit counts as continued agreement with whatever version is live. That includes a version edited after the account was opened.
Ten minutes with the text before a first deposit is time well spent, in my view.
Who May Create and Use an Account
Three personal conditions apply to every account holder. The player must be at least 18 and have the legal capacity to sign a contract. The agreement also excludes anyone classified as a compulsive gambler, a clause that surprises plenty of readers.
Geography counts as well. The agreement names 9 territories it refuses to serve, plus a catch-all:
- China, the Netherlands and the Dutch Caribbean islands
- Hungary, France and Curaçao
- Australia, the United States and the Canadian province of Ontario
- anywhere else whose law forbids it
| Condition | What the agreement demands | When it tends to come up |
| Age | 18+, or a higher local age of majority | When ID papers are requested |
| Legal capacity | Able to accept a binding contract | Confirmed by agreeing to the terms |
| Gambling status | Not classed as a compulsive gambler | The player’s own declaration |
| Territory | Outside the 9 excluded territories and any banning jurisdiction | An address document under 3 months old, if asked |
| Money | Belongs to the player and has a lawful origin | Anti-laundering reviews |
Age Restrictions for Account Holders
The floor is 18, and a country that sets adulthood later raises it for its residents. Registration itself asks for no documents. Those usually come up much later, at the point of a sizeable cash-out. Breaking the eligibility rules can bring suspension or closure, with winnings withheld.
User Responsibility for Local Legal Compliance
Responsibility for local law sits with the player, and in Indonesia that means betting for money is an offence under KUHP Article 303, Komdigi (formerly Kominfo) blocks gambling sites and BC Game holds no Indonesian permit.
By registering, each player confirms that playing is allowed where they live. Indonesia’s absence from the excluded list changes none of this, though the gap is often misread as permission.
Rules for Creating and Holding Accounts
Accounts open through 4 doors, which are email, a mobile number, Google and Telegram. A one-time code confirms the account, and later logins also work with a passkey or Cwallet. The username and email address are fixed for good after registration. The choice of name deserves a moment’s thought.
Submitting Correct Registration Details
The agreement asks for details that are true and complete. An invented surname may pass at sign-up, but it rarely survives a document check. Mismatches give the operator grounds to block or close the profile.
A typo is a different matter. I’d raise one with an agent early rather than explain it in the middle of a KYC review.
Rules Concerning Multiple Accounts
The principle is one person, one account. A spare profile opened for a second run at the 180% first-deposit rung is the textbook route to a ban.
The bonus rules stretch the limit to one offer per person, account, household, address, email or shared IP. Two flatmates on one router can therefore trip the filter without meaning to. It feels harsh, but the rule is hard to argue with from the operator’s side.
Obligations of Registered Users
The duties fit on a sticky note:
- keep passwords and codes private
- fund play with money that’s yours and clean
- place every wager personally, without scripts
- respect each game’s rules and every offer’s conditions
- keep the profile details truthful
On top of that, the account holder answers for every bet placed through the profile, even one made by a cousin who borrowed the phone.
Safeguarding Credentials and Account Access
A leaked login doesn’t shift responsibility, because bets placed with it still count as the holder’s. Two-factor protection through Google Authenticator sits under Global Settings > Security. The recovery key is safest on paper, away from the device.
Any password reset or 2FA removal triggers a 24-hour withdrawal freeze. The delay is deliberate. It gives the real owner a full day to react if somebody else made the change.
Acceptable Use of Platform Features
Exploiting software faults is expressly banned. Picture a table that pays twice for 1 hand. Reporting it is the safe move, since profits from a known fault can be confiscated and 50 repeats look nothing like 1.
Conditions for Accessing Platform Services
One login opens every product. Casino titles alone number 7,000+, supplied by 60+ studios. The same account reaches the sportsbook, its esports markets, the jackpot lottery and BC Poker.
A single rulebook covers all of them. The risk of loss always rests with the player. Bets tied to abuse can be voided in any section.
Rules Covering Casino Games
BC Originals such as Limbo, Hilo and Coin Flip are provably fair. Each result comes out of two seeds, one held by the house and one by the player, plus a running bet counter called a nonce. Those values let a player verify a finished round. They prove only what already happened, so no tool can read the next round from them, however confident its screenshots look.
Terms Applicable to Sports Wagering
Betting opens before kickoff and stays open during play. Indonesian bettors tend to follow Liga 1, the Premier League, badminton and MotoGP, and MLBB covers the esports side. Cash out settles a ticket before the final whistle at the price offered.
Coordinated betting designed to lock in profit with promo money is banned here too. Tickets linked to it can be voided.
Terms for Using Crypto Functions
Crypto trading isn’t covered by the gambling licence, even though the cashier lists 100+ coins. The Anjouan permit offers no protection there.
Networks have to match on deposits. A transfer on a mismatched chain never reaches the balance. Certain coins demand a memo or tag on top.
Conditions for Deposits and Payouts
The money a player deposits must be their own and come from a lawful source. Deposited coins need one full turn of betting, 1x, before leaving again. Payouts go to an external wallet. Local options such as QRIS, GoPay, OVO, DANA or bank transfer only apply to accounts whose Fiat tab lists them.
BC Game charges nothing to top up. The blockchain fee falls on whichever wallet sends the coins. Withdrawals cost 0.1% plus the network fee, and that charge drops to 0% from VIP 38. The minimum payout is small, about 10 EUR’s worth on major coins, with each coin’s floor listed separately.
Identity and Payment Method Verification
Verification follows risk rather than routine, so registration skips it. A large withdrawal or a security alert is the usual trigger. Basic checks want a photo ID scanned front and back, plus a selfie shot from 5 angles. The advanced tier asks for an address document under 3 months old.
There’s room for 6 attempts, and each refusal is explained in an email. On payment methods, the terms summary describes no separate check, only the rule that deposited money has to be the player’s own and lawful.
Checks Applied to Financial Activity
Most approved crypto cash-outs take between 5 minutes and an hour. A big amount gets a human review first, which adds 1 to 6 hours. Stalled payouts mostly come down to unfinished paperwork, bonus money that’s still locked or a recent security change.
For a payout marked as sent that never arrived, the transaction hash is the key piece of evidence. A block explorer shows its status, and support works from that same hash.
Requirements for Taking Part in Promotions
Every offer layers its own rules over the general agreement. The flagship is a monthly ladder of 4 crypto deposits. Its first step pays 180% on as little as 5 USD. By the fourth step the rate reaches 360%, with a 30 USD minimum.
Each calendar month starts the ladder over, at 7 a.m. Jakarta time on the 1st. It’s claimed by hand in the Bonus section, without any code.
Who Qualifies for Promotional Campaigns
Any eligible account can take part, within the one-per-household limit. VIP status gates a few rewards, and weekly or monthly payouts only open from level 22.
Promo codes have quirks of their own. A rejected one has usually expired, run out or been issued to someone else.
Bonus Turnover Rules and Exclusions
The main bonus doesn’t use a fixed multiplier. The reward lands as locked BCD, a house token pegged at 1 USD. Settled bets chip away at the lock. At lower VIP levels the help centre puts the pace at roughly 1 USD released for each 500 USD bet. Climbing the VIP table speeds this up, and nothing in the locked balance expires.
Freeing 20 USD at that rate takes about 10,000 USD in settled bets, which is a lot of play for a modest reward. While a deposit bonus is active, the agreement holds withdrawals until the wagering is met. The operator can also cancel a misconfigured or abused offer, reclaim the bonus and void linked bets.
Conduct Not Permitted Under Platform Rules
The agreement names 5 kinds of behaviour that land players in trouble.
| Prohibited conduct | What it looks like | Possible result |
| Multiple accounts | A spare profile used to claim the 180% first rung again | Bonus cancelled, accounts restricted |
| Exploiting software errors | Repeating a glitch that overpays | Winnings withheld, bets voided |
| Bots and automated sign-up | Scripts that wager or mass-register | Suspension or closure |
| Collusion | Players coordinating bets for risk-free profit on promo funds | Offer cancelled, bets voided |
| Fraud | Forged papers or somebody else’s coins | Account closed, winnings withheld |
Misuse, Fraud, and Bonus Abuse
Promo abuse sounds dramatic, but in practice it usually means something mundane, such as duplicate profiles under one roof or on one connection. The usual outcome is a cancelled bonus and restricted accounts.
Fraud is the heavier charge. Doctored ID falls here, as does funding play with coins that belong to someone else. Either can end in closure with winnings withheld.
Limits on Bots and Automated Tools
Bots and automated registration are both banned outright. The ban reaches betting scripts and bulk sign-up tools alike. My own rule of thumb is that software doing the clicking almost certainly breaks the agreement.
When an Account May Be Restricted or Closed
The operator has 2 levels of response. A temporary block pauses the account while something is checked, and closure ends it for good.
Circumstances Leading to Temporary Blocks
Short restrictions usually follow one of these:
- identity paperwork requested but not supplied
- a suspected duplicate profile under review
- a security alert, which may end in a KYC request
Self-exclusion locks an account too, though that’s the player’s own decision rather than a penalty.
Reasons an Account May Be Closed Permanently
Closure is kept for grave breaches, such as fake identity data, proven duplicate accounts, fraud or bot use.
An account holder can also close the account voluntarily through live chat or [email protected]. Self-exclusion is a separate tool, and a permanent exclusion can’t be reversed once its 24-hour cooling-off ends.
Ownership of Brand Assets and Site Materials
The terms summary we work from says little about intellectual property. As anywhere else, names, logos and software belong to the brand and to the studios that make the games. Pragmatic Play and Evolution, for instance, own the titles they build. Playing grants no rights over that work.
Our own articles are original writing, and brand names appear here only to describe the product.
Scope and Limits of Platform Responsibility
The service is provided “as is”, with no promise of uninterrupted access. The operator caps its total liability at 100 EUR, and losses from wagering stay with the player.
This website publishes information and guarantees no outcome. The brand updates its pages without notice to us, so figures here are worth confirming on bc.game before anyone acts on them.
Responsible Gaming Obligations
Behind the compulsive-gambling clause sit two account tools. Self-exclusion ranges from 1 to 180 days, or lasts for good. Under Set Gambling Limit, players cap their own bets and losses, with periods stretching to a quarter. Deposit limits and session reminders are missing from the kit. Returning after a timed break goes through [email protected]. Gambling Therapy offers free help online, while a puskesmas doctor or psychologist is a quieter local option.
How the User Agreement May Change
The operator can amend the agreement at any time. Continued use counts as accepting each new version. Nothing in the terms promises personal notice of every edit.
I keep a dated copy of the version I accepted, though the current wording is what decides a dispute.
Where to Ask About Account Terms
Account questions belong with BC Game, since this site can’t see balances or change settings. Live chat runs 24/7. Written questions can go to [email protected]. General ones are often answered already in the Help Centre library or on the official Telegram channel.
There’s no official phone line, so any “CS number” on WhatsApp is fake. A question that quotes the exact clause tends to get a sharper answer.
Conclusion
BC Game’s agreement is stricter than its sign-up screen suggests. One account, truthful details and lawful funds avoid most trouble. Liability stops at 100 EUR, and local law stays the player’s responsibility. The current version on bc.game is the one worth rereading before a large deposit.
